Welcome to the live demo of pragmasuite™!

In this area, you can directly start and test-run the available pragmasuite™ modules. Our demo server is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Notes regarding our smart clients:

• The only precondition for the Smart Client pragma:: tims™ cs is the free Java runtime 1.5 or better from Sun Microsystems. It is likely to be already installed on your computer, otherwise please download it free of charge direct from Sun Microsystems (click on this link and download the package: “Java run time Environment (JRE)” and/or “Java run time Environment (JRE) 5.0 updates”)
• The smart clients are loaded only once to your workstation when being started for the first time. Subsequently, the smart clients are loaded from your local Java cache.
• Note: pragma::tims will find out automatically the language configuration of your operating system and starts then its corresponding variant (German/English).

pragma::tims™ c³ This is the live-demo of pragma:: tims™ c³, customer care center, which is a simplified, Web-based side-entry (self-service) for your customers. Use the user “guest” and password “guest123” (all lower case).   Note that pragma:: tims™ creates for every new pragma::tims™ c³ ticket a “clone “- ticket. This is used for the project-internal treatment of the customer inquiries. The clone tickets can only be viewed and modified using the pragma::tims sc (smart client).
