pragma::uptime is an advanced workflow oriented timesheet management system. The full feature list is currently not available to the public. This is just an excerpt:
- timesheet management: single timesheets are filled and submitted (e.g., for each month)
- role-based handling: different roles are defined (e.g., project leader or regular project member) to ensure data consistency and security
- A robust data submission workflow:
- A project member enters the working hours in the current sheet
- The project manager may accept or reject the submitted sheets partially or entirely. The accepted sheets are forwarded to the accounting department.
- Every timesheet is a separate workflow token with status and history data.
- Smart Client: pragma::uptime uses the same smart client technology as pragma::tims, including the zero administration feature of Java Web Start.
- Ease of use: a well-designed, polished user interface allows for a steep learning curve
